Lynn has always had a passion for the edge, and began making knives before she was out of high school. She then took an apprenticeship under Barry Dawson, an accomplished knifemaker of 30 years.

She has been written up in several magazines and won awards for her work at knife shows all over the southwest. She was contracted in 1999 to make the official club knives for the Arizona Knife Collectors Assc, and continues to support many knife clubs all over the west coast. She learned engraving under the tutelage of Rachel Wells in Prescott, AZ and is now hoping to set up a forge in the future and make her own Damascus.

Dennis Cook has never found himself without a knife of some sort, a trait instilled in him since childhood. Growing up in the beautiful state of Vermont, it was second nature to be an avid outdoorsman. Through his adulthood Dennis always had a fondness for all things edged. He began making knives as a hobby, a part time endeavor to experiment with different ideas that had been floating about his head for years. His “hobby” eventually began taking more and more of his time, and still he was finding it hard to keep up with the demand he had found for his practical rugged blades.

Dennis now makes knives full-time, and has expanded his repertoire to include anything from large western bowies to small bird and trout knives. He is a member of many west coast knife clubs and continues to support new makers.
